I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe.

Once again, it’s just one degree of separation. Cancer and mental illness—regardless of race, gender, or background—touch all of us in one way or another.

For the past four years, this ride has been something I truly look forward to. It’s a chance to support a cause close to my heart, to honor those I’ve lost, to celebrate those who’ve survived, and to stand with those still in the fight.

Some riders have been doing this for over a decade. I hope to be riding for this same cause 20 years from now.

While the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride focuses on men’s mental health and prostate cancer, I ride for everyone. Any donation, big or small, helps fuel the fight. Thank you for supporting the journey.
