I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember.

I'll be dressed in my formal academic attire as a gentleman and a scholor, because comparatively the general public are unaware of the problems in our community with men's mental health and I want to educate so we all know how to to reach out when we need help, or reach out to those who need help.
