I'm Riding for Mental Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for men's mental health on behalf of Movember. 
I owe my life to dealing with mental health and addiction issues; to seeking out professional support, peer groups, volunteering as a mentor, and getting out on 2 wheels.
I hope participating in an event like this, and publicizing it, will help others in getting connected to real help - and maybe raising some money would spread the word even wider.
