Ten years of the DGR!

Woah, where did the time go?! Last month Sara and registered for the 2025 Distinguished Gentleman's Ride feeling like we had alllllll the time in the world, and now we're just two weeks away! That's right - just fourteen days until we don our suitcoats and sequins and hop astride our iron steeds in a stately parade to raise money for men's mental health and prostate cancer research!

Though life has gotten in the way of the normal firehose blast of fundraising media we do every year, this cause remains eminently near and dear to our hearts. Prostate cancer and suicide are two of the biggest causes of death and men, and two that we're most likely to affect the outcome with research and funding. Sadly you can't throw a stone without hitting a family that hasn't been touched by these two afflictions. For this reason we ride for our men who have recovered, remember those who did not, and hope to help those that may need it in the future.

 So join us in celebrating our tenth year of participation in The Seattle Distinguished Gentleman's Ride in partnership with the Movember foundation! Sara's cooking up something wild (literally) for our outfits, and your donations bolster our spirits and fill our hearts! We're so grateful to our past supporters, and thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Friday 28th Mar 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
