Getting Ready for The DGR in Kildare

I'm excited to be participating in The Distinguished Gentlemen's Ride this coming Sunday, May 18th, in Kildare. This event is a fantastic gathering of motorcycle enthusiasts united by a passion for riding, style, and supporting important causes like  prostate cancer awareness & research, men's mental health & suicide prevention.

This will be my 6th time riding in this incredible global initiative, and each year it reminds me of the importance of coming together to make a difference. Over the years, we’ve raised funds to support vital charities, and to date, I have personally helped raise close to €5000 for this great cause.

I find this cause extremely close to my heart, having lost men in my life to prostate cancer and suicide. This year, I am riding with someone very close to me in my thoughts, as he battles this cancer himself. Participating in this ride is a way for me to show support, raise awareness, and help make a difference.

Riding with purpose and camaraderie, I am motivated by the impact we can have raising awareness, supporting men's health, and ultimately saving lives.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Friday 18th Apr 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
