And it’s All Over…

Great fun! Nearly 300 bikes (some classics worth a fortune included), really nice people and lots raised for charity. And no rain! What's not to like?

The Day Before…

We'll, my bike is freshly washed and fuelled, I hope I scrub up half as well tomorrow! I'm mentally prepared, too - this time four months ago I was having my second heart attack, and two months ago I would have been too anxious to consider taking part. As my physical and mental health have improved I've come to realise that life is like riding a bike - there's no reverse, the only way is forward!

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Wednesday 14th May 2025

With the health issues I've had in the last couple of years, I thought it was time to give something back. As a keen biker, why not raise some money for a great cause doing something I love! On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
