I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Hey friends! Just a quick heads-up — this Sunday, May 18th, I’ll be hopping on my bike and joining about 170 other riders here in Vancouver for the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride. It’s a global event where we suit up (yes, full-on dapper mode: suits, bow ties, the works) and ride classic and vintage-style motorcycles — all to raise awareness for prostate cancer and men’s mental health.

This ride really hits close to home for me, as my father-in-law is currently battling prostate cancer. So, guys — if you’re over 40 and haven’t had your prostate checked, seriously, go do it. I got mine checked in my early 40s and I’m due for another one. It’s quick, it’s important, and it could save your life.

Also, take a minute to check in on your friends. We’ve all been through some heavy stuff the last few years, and a simple “how are you doing?” can mean a lot.
