I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

I ride in memory of the most distinguished gent I’ve ever known – my grandfather – who we lost far too soon to suicide. Men’s mental health is an issue that hits close to home for me. I’ve seen its impact not only in my own family, but also in close mates who are still fighting the good fight every day.
On average, men die six years earlier than women – often for preventable reasons. That’s what this ride is about: changing the stats, starting conversations, and saving lives.
I know times are tight and there are lots of good causes out there – but if you’re able, I’d be incredibly grateful for your support. Let’s keep our dads, brothers, mates, and grandfathers around for longer.
