 I am thankful for this opportunity to ride with others for such a great cause. I want to thank everyone that donated and let them know they will all be with me as I ride with purpose on May 18th. It's not what happens to you that matters it's how you react to it! You always have the choice to make positive change no matter your circumstances. The DGR is positive change for men's health around the world. 

Clothes make the man

Your appearance will always give people an impression of who you are at face value. But it is one's ability to conduct yourself with respect, dignity, kindness and empathy towards others that makes one distinguished. There are only 19 days left to donate to an organization that is mission focused and value driven to embody the term distinguished. 

It’s all I can do!

Riding a motorcycle is not all I can do, but it's all I can do. To me that is a profound statement in that there is no pursuit that brings me more mental peace. If you are struggling mentally understand that YOU ARE NOT ALONE! 

The Zone

Tuesday 15th Apr 2025

Today I road 368 miles from the Coast of western Washington to Mt. St. Helens WA. (Wind River road) It put me in the zone. I was living in the moment due to the effort of concentration it took to navigate the road. I suffer from PTSD and when I am in the zone it all melts away and I am free. Help others that are battling mental health issues by donating what you can. No amount of donation is too small to save a life! 

DGR / Triumph Patch

Purpose!

" There is no meaning to life in the abstract. Only purpose in life that will give meaning to it." The DGR is purpose in action that gives meaning and hope to countless human beings. Not just to men but to the ones that love them and want the best for them. If you haven't donated or can't keep us in your hearts as we ride with purpose on the 18th of May.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Saturday 22nd Mar 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
