I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember.

I am doing the ride with my old mucker John Kenny.
John and I have both had cancer, thanks to early diagnosis, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy and the skill of our respective surgeons, we are still here and get to 'ride for another day'.

The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to look down the back of the sofa and any loose change that you can spare will be most gratefully received in order to continue to raise awareness and save lives.
