I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

I’m proud to be riding again this year in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride 2025, supporting men’s mental health and prostate cancer research.

Lately, I’ve become more and more aware that people I know are facing their own battles with mental health. And honestly, it’s been a real eye-opener, some of the guys and most of which are very close friends, those I always thought were the strongest minded, the ones you'd never imagine struggling, have been going through tough times.

It just goes to show that this can happen to anyone.

Every year, prostate cancer claims over 300,000 men’s lives. Even more heartbreaking, around 500,000 men lose their battle with suicide annually. These are fathers, brothers, friends, and colleagues. Together, we can change this.

Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that.
