I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday, May 18th, 2025, I’m riding in The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, joining thousands around the world to raise awareness for prostate cancer and men’s mental health.

I’m riding in honor of my dad, who passed away last year from prostate cancer—and for all the men out there quietly struggling with their health, both physical and mental.

Over the past few years, I’ve done a lot of work facing my own shadows and holding space for other men to do the same. This ride is part of that journey.

I’ll be on my dad’s 1967 FLH—a way to honor him and carry his spirit with me.
