Movember & The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride are pretty self-explanatory organisations. They exist to help men (inside and out) 
 
Together, they’ve invested over AUD$70.4 million into cutting-edge research for prostate cancer tests & treatments, initiatives that improve quality of life for men living with the disease and also innovative men’s mental health projects around the world.

I'm Riding for Men's Health!

Wednesday 26th Mar 2025

On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm participating in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride. 

Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. Unfortunately the number of men that are silently suffering through life is steadily growing. We are currently losing approx 60 men every single hour and we need to do more and shine a brighter light on this!

My fundraising goal is set at USD$1000 so join me in raising funds and awareness for mens health. I'm asking my network to share this message & donate here and now, to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
