Riding for Men’s Health — and for the Original Gentleman I Knew

On May 18th, I'll be riding in The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride — dressed up, fired up, and thinking about my Dad.

This would have been his 98th birthday. He’s been gone for over a decade now, but he’ll always be the original gentleman I knew.

There's an old photo of him that always makes me smile:
Everyone at a ribbon-cutting ceremony — dark suits, stiff collars — and there’s Dad, pulling up in an Impala convertible, wearing a white suit with bell bottoms.
Not to make a scene.
Just because that’s who he was — swagger, style, and a rebel’s heart dressed in a gentleman’s suit.

I’m riding to honor him — and to help men everywhere stay healthier, live longer, and hold on to what matters most.
