This year, I’m back in the saddle for The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride — classic bikes, sharp suits, and a cause that hits home: men’s health.

Here’s the deal.
I’m asking ALL my friends to donate just €5.
No grand gestures — just the price of a beer, a glass of wine, or one of my famously average G&Ts.

Why?
Because Movember, the charity behind DGR, funds real solutions — from breakthroughs in prostate and testicular cancer, to mental health support that helps men speak up before it’s too late.
