My third year fundraising for #distinguishedgentleman #dgr @movember Great group and cause. Thanks to all who supported me with well wishes and donations. I'm humbled and thankful. I never regret the preparation, getting out of my comfort zone to ask for help, and the outcome.

Here we go again, not on my own.

It'll be my third year riding, but I almost didn't do it. Then I thought about how important these causes are (as are the others that our family donates to) and how much I love the camaraderie and thrill of the ride. With three weeks to go, I leaned in.

It's an amazing feeling to ride with 130-plus other people in a group. It's loud and commands attention. It makes people smile. It's the one time each year where I see Rene, Prithvi, and other riders. There are men, women, kids, all backgrounds and ages, and even some dogs wearing their 'doggles' for the ride.

Here we go again, together. 

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday, May 18, 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember.

Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that.

So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
