My friend Jacko

This year will be my 3rd ride, Prostate Cancer and Mental Illness are close to my heart as I've lost friends to both. This year I'm dedicating my ride to Ian Jackson (Jacko) who sadly took his own life. The 17th May 2022 is a bitter sweet day for me, I spent 3 hours laughing, crying and talking with Jacko, sadly that was the last time I saw him and memories of that day will stay with me forever. As men, we all think we're invincible, our wives and children think we're invincible and we don't want them to think we're not. Please lower your guard and talk about any issues as in my experience it really helped. I ride for Jacko :0)

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Sunday 30th Mar 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
