Men's Lives Matter!

Exciting year 2025 because on Sunday 18 May, I'm riding again in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride 🤵 with fellow men and women in all major cities across the world, to raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer and men's mental health, allied with Movember.

We need to end men's suffering.  Some of you know that I was involved in my local Suicide Prevention strategy.  Shocking that men die by suicide 3 times more than women!  Despite my whiplash pain and fatigue it is a worthwhile cause.

So, before I match my cravat, stretch my boots and polish "Annie", join me in raising money by donating for men to survive and enjoy happy healthy lives.
