I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday 18th of May 2025 I'm riding again in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and mental health on behalf of Movember.

Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. Prostate cancer and mental health issues have both adversely affected many members of my immediate family, both male and female, which is why I’m hoping to raise a few pennies again this year to help combat these problems. 

So, before I scrape the bugs off my jacket, polish my boots and clean the bobber, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating whatever you can spare for this meaningful cause and to help the people we love to live happier and healthier lives.
