I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Monday 5th May 2025

On Sunday May 18th, I'll be participating in my second annual Distinguished Gentleman's Ride in partnership with Movember. This event is meant to raise money and awareness for men's mental health and suicide prevention. Due to the stigma of men talking about their mental health, suicide is tragically the leading cause of death for men under 50, with around half a million deaths annually. That's roughly one every minute of every day. Contributions go directly to the organization to provide resources and support. If you can't donate, sharing the link above with your circle is just as valuable! Together we can mitigate this endemic global issue!
