I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Monday 24th Mar 2025

On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember.

Men die, on average, six years earlier than women — often from preventable causes. This is a crisis, and it’s growing. But we can do something about it.

Before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I’m asking for your help. I’ve already raised £2,126, and with your support, I’d love to take that even further.

Every donation, big or small, helps fund life-saving research, support services, and vital awareness campaigns. 

Together, we can help the men we love live longer, happier, and healthier lives.
