Thursday 3rd Apr 2025I come from the "suck it up era". Men's mental health was never addressed and prostrate cancer is curable if caught early. I don't normally take part in a lot of public charity events, but riding my motorcycle for charity is just cool. I'm honored to do so and hope you can help me meet my goal.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride
Sunday 23rd Mar 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.My Sponsors

Thank you for doing this. I too am from the “suck it up “ era . Been dealing with mental health issues for over 30 years and this past year was the worst . During this time I admitted myself to a mental health facility. I knew I had a choice between getting help or taking the shotgun in the basement . I’m doing better , it’s a long process . But with therapy and meds I’m making baby steps. I don’t try I hide any of it cause I want guys know that it’s ok , it’s ok to seek help. Thanks Spudder (cbn)
