I turned 30!

Last week, I turned 30! and instead of gifts, I asked friends and family to support a cause that means a lot to me. Thanks to their generosity, we raised nearly $500 AUD for men’s health as part of The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride.

The ride is happening on Sunday, 18th May, and I’ll be taking part alongside thousands of others around the world to support Movember. The focus is real: improving mental health and tackling prostate cancer, two challenges that continue to affect men in growing numbers. Too many are struggling in silence, and it's time we changed that.

Reaching almost $500 already feels like a win, but with a few days left before the ride, I'm hoping to push beyond that. Every dollar raised helps fund research, support networks, and real conversations that can save lives.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Tuesday 22nd Apr 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
