big tganks to all who donated
Monday 19th May 2025I rode my first DGR on my 1940 Matchless G3WO period WW2 uniform. I was the oldest participant and my bike was the oldest taking part, and a chap who still races competitively came a close second at 71 riding a Triumph Tiger 90 Cafe Racer. The route took us from the Triumph Dealership in Bromsgrove through Birmingham and to the Triumph works at Hinckley and back. I personally covered 100 miles door to door and my sponsors donated over my £200 target all of whom I'd like to thank here very sincerely.
I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride
Friday 16th May 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives. My Sponsors
