We made it! Thanks...

A huge thank you to everyone who supported my daughter Kitty and I on The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride. We raised £490 (far more than expected!), our small part of the £33,000 raised this year by the 362 riders of West Sussex. Itself just one of 64 rides in the UK - just one of the 121 countries participating.

In total since 2012, 500,000 riders have accumulated a total of over $50 million for DGR cause! People power is incredible!

It's great to be a part of this which of course would be meaningless without your contribution.

I remain shocked and saddened that there's a male suicide worldwide every minute! 500,000 men a year - that suicide is the biggest killer of men 20-39.

Together we can help change that. And bring more awareness to Prostate Cancer and research (While also riding cool motorbikes and generally being Dads, Brothers, Husbands, Sons and more.)

I also have confirmation from my pillion and support team (!) Sandra and Kitty who will be taking it in turns to risk life and limb...

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow Ladies and Gents across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember.

Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this cause; to help the men you love, live happier and healthier lives.
