Every year I throw on the tweed, kick the old bike into gear, and ride through Bristol with a bunch of absolute legends. But it’s not just about looking sharp on two wheels—it’s about showing up for something that matters.

I've lost people I love to suicide. Friends who seemed fine until they weren’t. And like a lot of blokes, I’ve had my own battles too. You know, the quiet ones, the kind you don’t talk about in the pub.

The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride isn’t just a good excuse for a ride out, it’s a way to say... we see you. We’ve been there. And we’re not going anywhere.

So I ride for them. And I ride for the version of myself that once needed help but didn’t know how to ask for it.

If you’ve got a few quid to spare, chuck it in the pot. And if you haven’t. Just check in on your mates. ASk them how they feel out of 10. And then ask them what you can do on that day to increase that number for 'em.
