I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health.

This ride is about raising funds, but it is also about remembering the good times with those we have lost. 

Many of us have experienced the sadness and pain of losing someone close and I am riding in memory of Paul Hardwick, Andre Tansley, Steve Richins and Nick Lawrence. 

So I'm pressing my tweed & polishing my boots for this great cause as this is also about enjoying time with your friends and family, but if you are worried about someone just remember; It's Good to Talk.
