I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Thank you very much to everybody who donated. I completed the ride successfully on Sunday, with my good friend Mark. It was Mark's idea to take part in the ride, so a big thank you to him.

There ended up being 253 riders in total from Norwich and between all the riders in Norwich we managed to raise £26,713. The whole of the UK managed £1,097,85. I’m still waiting to find out what the worldwide total is, as this was the biggest year so far, with over 1000 cities taking part.
