The DGR on Sunday.

 On this Sunday, the 18th of May 2025, I will be riding with over 100,000 of my fellow gentlefolk across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of the Movember foundation for the The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride. Tragically, men die on average 6 years earlier than women, and mainly for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and if you ask me, we need to do something about that. So, before I don my suit and hit the road, only if you can, I kindly ask that you join me in raising funds for a damned good cause. I understand that times are tough for a lot of people right now, and that not everyone can afford to give money away at the moment. If you can't, that's okay. Don't feel bad. However, if you could share this around, to your friends and family, it would make a hell of a difference to some blokes who are suffering.
