Mental health and motorcycles
Thursday 8th May 2025It is no secret that mens mental health is a little discussed topic. We talk about having a stiff upper lip, not showing emotion such as love, loss and anxiety. For many men motorcycles have long been an escape from our worries and concerns and a way to process our emotions. However, this is not a replacement for mental health services. If you are feeling depressed, anxious, or in a funk you can of course talk to a friend or go for a long ride. However, I challenge you to reach out to mental health support resources and talk to a professional. Then go for a ride too!

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride
Tuesday 29th Apr 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.

Proud to support this incredible cause. Men's mental health and early detection for prostate cancer are too often overlooked, and it’s inspiring to see you riding with purpose. #MakingAnImpact
