Five Days To Go!

My bike is getting a new front tire this Friday, but other than than that, I'm 100% ready to go for this year's DGR! And so is St. Louis... Me and the other Ride Hosts have been working hard to finalize our ride plans. The route itself is done, but there are a couple of things that still need to be settled. We're looking at good weather this year, and from the looks of the rider list, we have some first timers. Anyway, the DGR is one of things I look forward to every year, and I'm really excited about this year's ride!

DGR St. Louis ‘25 is almost here!

Wow, that year went by FAST. With all the uncertainty in the world right now, I am REALLY looking forward to this year's DGR, and am happy to say I'm back as a Ride Host. Me and my cohorts in STL are busy planning this year's ride, and we're looking to add a couple of surprises for our riders this year. I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Friday 21st Mar 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
