I miss you Dad...
Thursday 1st May 2025As many of you know, my father passed away in January of this year (2025). My dad was the person that got me into motorsports. It seemed that we had a "project car" in the garage throughout my ENTIRE childhood (much to my mother's dismay). I grew up holding a flashlight and turning a wrench. It was an AWESOME way to learn about cars, mechanical things, and life.
From project cars to race cars... My father introduced my brother and I (I had to crop him out of this picture a little...sorry Mike) to the Sports Car Club of America "SCCA". SO many memories were made around race tracks all over the Eastern region of the United States. Racing schools, sprints, enduros, track days, late night builds and repairs... we never won any races, but the victories were in the experiences and joy that we shared as a family. I've got about 3000 stories that I could bore you with, but all the stories relvolve around the love that our family shared, and the friends that we made on those weekends.
When we were cleaning out dad's condo in St. Augstine after his passing, My brother agreed to let me have Dad's tools. Recently, as I was reassembling my son's PW80 motorcycle, I spun some of the same screwdrivers and ratchets that I had as a child, I felt closer to Dad.
I can never thank him for the gift he gave me. But I think somehow, he knows...
This year I ride for my father, Bernie Pisczek
I love you Dad

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride
Wednesday 23rd Apr 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives. My Sponsors
