I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 17th of May 2026, I'm riding in Sydney as part of the The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. A number of my close friends have survived Prostate Cancer because of the research that has gone into it's detection, recovery and consequential survival. This ride of global awareness is also to highlight and provide help to combat the growing numbers of men with mental health issues and the terrible number of suicides. So, before I don my suit and mount my Triumph, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for these meaningful causes and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
