About me

I made the move to New Zealand over 15 years ago, looking for a fresh start. It took some time to find my people, and funnily enough, I never expected to find that connection through motorcycles.

By day, I work in IT security, a role that keeps me engaged through problem-solving and meeting new people—two things I love.

Over time, some of those professional connections have turned into riding buddies, making weekends even more enjoyable.

Most weekends, a group of us hits the road for a 200-300km ride, either heading north or south of the city. It’s always about more than just the ride—it’s the camaraderie, the banter, and, of course, finding great food spots. Our latest discovery is The Barbecue Hut in Mangawhai—home to some incredible smashed burgers. It’s so good that it’s become a regular stop on our monthly ride calendar.
