I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

I am thinking about doing this again! You are very welcome to make a small donation towards the cause and, if I see there is some support, it may persuade me.

I started this to raise awareness of, prostate cancer as someone who detected this over 19 years ago,  has had treatment for the disease and is as fit as most 69 year olds who still ride motorbikes! But I am also keen to give the same support for younger men's mental health on behalf of Movember.
